I'm a happy girl today

I've been accepted to participate in Plush You!   Wheeeeee!  For those who don't know, Plush You is a show for softie/stuffed/plush creations.  I will be one of 20-30 artists/creators showing at Nancy in Seattle October 10.  The other shows will be at Schmany and Fancy + Pants.

These are the photos I sent for consideration, though for the show I can create whatever I want...thank goodness.

Acorn tutorial

  • Hang and enjoy.
My recommendations for making this acorn: --Use lightweight fabrics, such as linen, cotton, etc. --Use heavyweight thread. I prefer to use upholstery thread for its strength when pulling and tying threads. --Make many.
