- My recommendations for making this acorn: --Use lightweight fabrics, such as linen, cotton, etc. --Use heavyweight thread. I prefer to use upholstery thread for its strength when pulling and tying threads. --Make many.

Sigh...I am jealous, the cherry blossoms are so pretty! It is currently 36 degrees here with snow expected tomorrow. Spring cannot get here soon enough. BTW your owls look lovely. Enjoy all of the signs of spring.
